We want you to love every cup. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase and we'll make it right.

Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and matcha products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
