Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every sip! If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea, we are unable to accept returns on opened products. Unopened items may be returned in their original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced at no charge.
